Bridgetown’s Big Feast free cooking workshop for kids

Community cookery class for children aged 5+

Come along to our free cooking workshop for kids and help prepare food for Bridgetown’s Big Feast! This is a free event for Bridgetown residents.

The cooking will take place from 9:45-12 noon followed by Bridgetown’s Big Feast at 12:45-14:00 on Saturday, 9 November at St. John’s Church, Bridgetown, Totnes TQ9 5AD.

Learn delicious and easy recipes to make at home, then eat what we have made for lunch together with others from Bridgetown, Totnes.

Children of 5 years and up can participate, but they need their own ticket.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

This workshop is led by Food in Community, a local social enterprise which collects and distributes surplus fresh produce and runs regular ‘pay what you feel’ community caf├ęs.
