BA! Volunteer

We are a group of fantastic local people helping to make Bridgetown be a wonderful place.

You do not need any experience or specific skills – just a passion for being part of your community. There are many ways to get involved including the cafe mornings (more information below) or in other ways.

You can be part of a team or we can help you develop your own idea.

·  Meet new people
·  Learn new skills
·  Build your confidence
·  Be the change you want to see

Community Cafe
Every Tuesday 11.15am-1pm
Bridgetown Community Hall, Hope Close, TQ9 5YD

The weekly cafe in the community hall is also an opportunity to get involved in volunteering. You can meet other volunteers over tea, coffee and biscuits. It’s a general social and opportunity to meet new people. It also a chance to share our ideas for Bridgetown such as what films to show at our monthly movie nights in the community hall. Sometimes there’s an opportunity to take part in yoga classes or craft activities; we have made the hedgehog sign outside the community hall and the sign at the top of the “Chicken Run” open space.
